Q: My blood pressure was 138/93, then 154/101 and now it’s 161/103 and I don’t have high blood pressure. I wasn’t sure if I should go to the hospital but I did call my doctor and he said I should wait a while and see if it stayed high. Could it be up because I’m worrying? What should I do?
A: Make an appointment to see your doctor. Your blood pressure isn’t high enough to visit the Emergency Room but certainly warrants further investigation.
