Q: I have been hypertensive now for over 20 years. When I get cold, my
hands turn white as if all the blood has left and become numb. It’s starting to happen in my toes now. Is this related to a symptom of hypertensive people or something else?
A: It sounds like you are experiencing symptoms of Raynaud’s disease. It may be related to your high blood pressure. Some blood pressure medicines can cause this as a side effect. It also could be the result of worsening of your vascular disease. Other medical problems also cause Raynaud’s and sometimes no cause can be found at all. I am a patient of High Blood pressure and have had a stroke a few years back and also suffering from Diabetes since a year or two.Using Zestril 5 mg for Blood Pressure daily and Glucophage 1 mg daily to control Blood Sugar.
Now suffering from Erectile Dysfunction and Numbness of feet and then limbs after a short walk which creates a lot of distress. What shall I do?

Speak to doc re erectile disfunction plenty of meds to help this, I refered myself via sexual health clinic was treated very well and has given me new life.Eat porrridge for breakfast (no salt or sugar just skmd milk).
wow,, one more time the “cure” causes a “disease” ( Lisinopril 20 mg. q day for
3 years)….back to the treadmill and NSA regimen.
is this the answer??? he should take lisinopril for 3 years and walk the treadmill? take 3 years before any results are seen?
