Q: My blood pressure runs 96/58. Would you say this is low? I am female 35 years old no other health issuses.
A: If you are not having any symptoms, your blood pressure is not too low. Low blood pressure that is related to an underlying medical problem usually causes symptoms. Since you don’t have any health problems, I assume you have a normal weight and are active.

Well, the answer is not quite that simple, doc! Does she have any dizziness? Dizzy upon getting up out of bed, or getting up out of a chair? If so, you may want to get your blood pressure up a bit. My doctor has low blood pressure, and takes salt to bring it up. All the best to you!
