Q: Can I get a stroke or heart attack from erratic blood pressure? I’m suffering from severe depression and anxiety of which I’m getting treatment. I take Doxazosin and Exforge for the BP and Prevastin which keeps my cholesterol low.
A: You can get a heart attack or stroke with normal blood pressure. Uncontrolled blood pressure just increases the chance of this happening. You may want to talk to your doctor about trying the Resperate. Many users find it helps with anxiety in additional to providing better blood pressure control.

Of course the Admin’s response is right. But, I wonder to what extent such a response will add to the patient’s already existing anxiety. My question would be: How many of those with ‘normal’ blood pressure go on having a heart attack or a stroke? How many of those ‘at risk’ actually go on having a heart attack or a stroke?
A healthy diet may reduce cholesterol levels. Exercise may produce a ‘feel good’ response which may reduce anxiety levels. Trying ‘Resperate’ as suggested, may help too. And don’t measure your blood pressure at every opportunity. This can cause unnecessary stress and increase blood pressure.
