#64. Magnesium (64 Non-Drug Ways to lower BP)

Apparently ,there are some common symptoms… headaches, high stress levels, sleep disturbances, that respond well to increase in magnesium in the diet.  Again, natural sources in diet are better than supplements, but supplements of right type and quantity can help.

Personally, I tried magnesium and noticed no differences.  But then, I eat a fairly heavy green diet, with lots of greens, green beans, lettuce, beet greens, etc.  That aside, some of these articles below list impressive benefits of magnesium, if you suffer any of these symptoms listed, particularly headaches, kidney stones, or the like consider magnesium supplements (consult with your doctor!)
