Dr.as I sent earlier I also exercise every day 45 to 60 minutes a day jogging,lost 8 kilos ,healthy eating,taking 2 medication ENALAPRIL AND ATENOLOL but BP still on the ranges 120-140/79-91fro2 months. kidney disease free so far ,what should I do?
