Q: I dont understand my body any more. I had eleveated blood pressure as high as 160/110 once, but now averages 140/90. I can hardly sleep, and have pain in my chest below the breast. I have had lab tests. Sugar isnormal, chorestoral normal, and difficulty remembering things, nervous. Ii have taken different mediations, the last being amlodipine, atonolol and asprin, but reacting to almost every drug right now in form of ringing in both ears for more than 7 months now. Taking any of these drugs tends to increase ringing and deafness. What do I do? I am considering herbal remedy and supplements. Who can help me? I cant take these drugs any more.
A: Make sure you are eating properly, have a regular exercise program, and maintain a healthy weight. Many people think only pills can treat disease. Having a healthy lifestyle is the smartest thing you can do for your body. Consider using the Resperate. It has been clinically proven to lower blood pressure and has no side effects. In addition, many users say regular use helps them sleep better and lowers anxiety.

I had high stress levels and very high blood pressure 170/240. Then instead of medicines I started an diet three regular meals a day min.4 hrs between.Porridge with fruit as breakfast,3 slices brown bread with cottage cheese, ham or egg for lunch, an combination of several vegetables and beans mixed with boiled mashed potatoes and no red meat just chicken without the skin. Between that all fruit at least 4 a day down on coffee and in the unsweetened juice. Exercise 2 hours a day(all kind) mostly walking. Hence blood pressure down (130/75) weight down to 11 st. feeling fine!
Dear friend,
My experiences says DO not take any BP medicines.I’ve description as below for you .USE and take that immediately .Then you will have cured soon and get rid of this condition.Meanwhile write me soon about the result of this:
Garlic and onions have been shown to be effective in the fight against hypertension, and they combine well with the healing power of lemon. Add 3 crushed garlic cloves and 1 chopped onion to 1 quart or cold skimmed or low fat milk or soy milk. Slowly bring to the boil and let it stand for 5 minutes. Pour through a sieve and chill. Add the freshly squeezed juice of 3 lemons and sip throughout the day.
You have an anxiety disorder. Everything you mentioned are symptoms of GAD. I had this issue for years. I received counceling at anxietycentre.com and am over it. I now maintain my BP with decent diet, exercise, and Resperate. No pills or anxiety meds.
I had been taking Lisiopril for about 11 yrs. and just started taking supplements and my Blood Pressure has dramatically gone down. I had readings that were off the charts before and I recently had a medical exam and my blood pressure was 112/74 which according to Dr. Oz is really great. I take 500 mg of magnesium a day with 510 mg. of Hawthorn Berry and 500 mg. of Co Q-10 and 1 baby aspirin per day. Give this a try and watch your blood pressure go down naturally.
Dear,
I had been suffering from high BP, but now with regular diet almost avoiding oil, fried items, egg yolk, red meat and including vegetable, fruits, brown bread etc., and also by moderate exercising (mainly walking & stair climbing), i maintain 120/80. Sometimes unbelievable to me. Also, have lost 8 kg.
Pl implement the above simple process while asking your doctor about the medicines. You will be okay in one month time. Good luck
Just to double check, you are almost avoiding oil, fried items and including vegetable, fruits, brown bread etc. Then what food are you eating? To maintain your bp 120/80
Good idea…I’ll start same simple treatment: garlic, onion and milk. I will get back to you on this!
Many thanks!!!

I’ve had high BP since my mid 20s. I was under a lot of stress at the time. Also, my diet included a lot of sodium. I also began to put on some weight when I reached 30. I have since modified my diet and greatly reduced my stress level, but I still need to lose about 30 lbs. Although I believe my condition is mostly hereditary and my personality trait of being somewhat type A, I believe if I reduce my weight, I may be able to reduce the amount of BP meds. I may even be able to discontinue it, although I don’t thing that will be an option, because I’ve had high BP for 40 years. I believe my weight gain and lack of sufficient exercise is what is really causing my higher number of systolic BP. Gotta get going as soon as this pulled back muscle heals. I wonder when it will be safe to exercise again. I don’t want to delay or re-injure the pulled muscle.
