Just be mindful of what you put into your mouth and be reasonable. Find a form of exercise you really enjoy and stick to it. Forcing yourself to do an exercise because you think you “have to”, and not enjoying it is no way to live!
My diet is a complete change for me. I eat chicken often,(No fried chicken)Only wheat bread, but not every day. For snacks i eat strawberries, blueberries, a salad, with good water.Keep away from sweets. Before you know it you will get used to it.And lose weight. Now for exercise, just walk, going further as it gets easier. Buy some 10 and fifteen pound weights,and get a good book ( cheap one)and learn what to do.Just three times aweek, and walk the days you dont lift weights. You will lose weight and tighten your body up, and strenghen your heart.
I tried wheat berries soaked in water fo 15min. &added blueberries & milk. The WHEATBERRIES cause a lot of intestinal gas & gave me an ulcer !
