Q: I walk briskly for 45 minutes daily. Should I use RESPeRATE just before, or after exercise, or should there be a break between exercise and RESPeRATE treatment?
A: The best time to use the Resperate is the time of day that is most convenient to
your schedule. If you choose that time, you are more likely to use the Resperate
on a regular basis. Personally, I like to use the Resperate after I exercise. I use
the Resperate as part of my cool down routine.

I use resperate in the morning before rising, and after my workouts. Many people suffer from high blood pressure upon first awaking in the morning. I like to address that immediately. Blood pressure can remain high after working out with weights. I always do at least 20 minutes of aerobic exercise after lifting, and then I use resperate after showering. Both of these activities help maintain muscle mass and good health while lowering blood pressure after the workout. I use BP down in the evenings as you can do this watching television.
